Mission:

The Suppers Programs, Inc. is a NJ non-profit organization devoted to helping people lead healthier lives.  Our meetings are table-based.  Members learn to cook and develop a palate for fresh whole food at their own pace and get an education about the relationships among food, learning and behavioral issues and the health and mental health diagnoses related to blood sugar regulation and mood chemistry.  Specifically, we serve people with depression, anxiety, learning issues, obesity, diabetes and problems with alcohol.
